low end config
Hey! ive been planning on buying this game on steam sale, the only problem is that my hardware is very old, intel hd type old, anybody got a low end config, mods, tips, anything that helps the fps, i dont mind any graphical downgrades. Thank in advance!

Try demo version of the game before purchasing.
I don't know about your computer, but I have, for example, Intel Quad q9550, 8gb RAM and GTX 460 and the game runs smoothly at the minimum settings, but the downloads between missions are quite long, but I think this will change if the game is put on the SSD via the USB 3.0 connector.
