Help with achievements please

I have problems with 2 that I want to get.

1. Black Celebration
Poison a Captain at his own Feast.
*I´m using poison but they won´t drink it. Never :(

2. From Shadow to Shadow
- Stealth Brand a Captain.
*I did it for many and many times, but didn´t get achievement.

Any help and tips please?

1st) i did both in the last 3 days so it isnt bugged and possible.

2nd) black celeb
i did this on the 2nd map. the map layout for this quest was in my favor. (2 little hill islands with a long bridge)
after he told drink all he walked to the second island so i sneaked around killed 2 uruks (silent) poisend the drunk and the other uruks saw me. the followed me around down the hill and the captain cames back and drunk.
it is important he drinks with the others. if u have death uruks around he will ditracted. if someone drunk before him and died no other ork will drink after this again. so u would need to poison a new drink.

3rd) from shadow
u need to find a weak(!) uruk u could kill easy with sneak attack. maybe around level 9. sneak around him and try to call him to you. with keyboard press "g". and stealth brand him. he must be instant yours. strong captains just would lose some life and wouldnt brand after the first "stealth brand".

It´s not about "How to do it" but in which part of game: You can´t get some achievements in main story.. just like execute flaming berserker

Just tested it.
About 15 times stealth brand a capation in main story. Nothing happened.
In story of The Bright Lord on 1st attemption.

And execute flaming Berserker about 10 times in main story. Nothing happened.
In story for Lord of the Hunt on 1st attemption. (just 5 minutes ago)

Now I´m missing last achivement Test of the Wild, but It´s late, tomorrow will be 100%.
