How RPG is this game?

I heard this game feels like Batman Arkham and Assassins Creed, so I was interested.
But I am not a big fan of RPG game, I don't like the talking things with npc, building relationship & decision making with npc, building character (not the "upgrade" things, but personal character thing), heavy grinding.
Is this game more like Elder Scrolls/Witcher, or more like newer Assassins Creed, or just plain like Arkham games? And how RPG is this game?

It's not very RPG at all.

It's about 75% Batman Arkham Series, 20% Assassin's Creed climbing and sneaky dickey, and the rest is The Lord of The Rings fanfiction.

This game is very simple and combat and story driven but 80 percent you will just go around killing orcs with it's arkham style fighting mechanics and you do meet people like two lol through a cutscene but you really get no other interaction with npcs besides the ones that you will fight and its ususally just some death threat so like 0 percent what you would expect out of an RPG no choices no long text dialougues just a game you can play with a story releating to the lore of tthe lord of the rings.

Flying heads lots of stabbing Orcs in the face etc= most of your time spent playing this.
