Refilling Saurons army

I cleared all the captains and warchiefs. But advancing time again and again takes for me to long. I am aware I can do the trails, but I'd prefer killing them without having to score anything (I just want to slaughter them again and again)

Do you know a way to refill the army fast(er) or instantly?

let them kill you or wait some time at the towers

If you let regular orcs kill you they are promoted to captain so just keep dying over and over again
