the fact that they are getting profit from someone dying is the worst case of day 1 dlc or even any kind of dlc i have ever seen, it is simply horrible from WB to do this ♥♥♥♥.
and i know they are donating some of the money to his family but i have some problems with the way WB is doing this.
first of, ONLY if you buy this in the US are you donating money to the family and not even in all the states does this apply, and most of the sales are gonna be from outside of the US, i dont know if this is because of some legal issues but WB could still have said 'ok we will donate money to charity for all the purchases outside of the US' and it doesnt even have to be much, 3.50 from every purchase is going to the family so they could easily donate 2 bucks to charity for every purchase made outside of the US and they still would make profit.
my biggest problem with this is still the fact that they are making a profit of of someone dying from cancer, this is a scumbag practice and i wouldnt be suprised if they did this to take the attention away from the fact they have microtransaction in the game.
and totalbiscuit made a video about this and he does a good job of explaining the details about this.
please watch if you're wondering whats going on with this DLC
EDIT:Also the guy they are honoring is the one that suggested this originally but died before they got to work on it.
