MIrian-What is it? (Answered)

I accidentally clicked right past the in-game explanation as to what it is without reading the explanation, and all I know is that mirian is somehow connected to upgrading Talion's abilities. I started a new game hoping it would show the explanation again, and I haven't seen it.

I should have clarified. I'm not talking about that, I'm talking about how it relates to the ways you can upgrade Talion's skills, and stuff like that. I know that's related to mirian, but I don't know how, since I skipped right over the tutorial message.

Accumulate Mirian, then go to the Upgrades section of the menu to spend it on your Health, Focus, Arrows and your Weapon rune slots.

The menu item should be just below Sauron's Army and Weapons & Runes.
