Yes, the biggest strength of the ring is not that it allows you to perform x special attacks for y seconds. Otherwise it wouldn't be that different from the main story's power-trippin' weapon special abilities.
Hahaha no problem, l cheesed the last DLC fight with it, just land some stealth kills to replenish it and you can do unlimited finishers on anyone.
