where is this game in LOTR timeline ?
Hi all,

I'm sure there is plenty of hardcore fan of LOTR. Me ? I just saw the movies, and my knowledge of the univers is lack luster. What is the plot ? Who am I playing ?

This game takes place during The Hobbit: BotFA, right when Sauron's spirit is cast / exiled back into Mordor.

The game is a tie-in to the movies, and follows the movie-canon, but is heavily influenced by the books.

SoM / SoW is an original story that will lead and setup to the Fellowship of the Ring (film).
