Legendary Urfael sword power - Rune vs Ability

There's the ability to unlock after doing the specific missions and having 2500M to buy it.
But I also got an Epic Rune for the sword called practically the same thing, and I think its doing the same thing that is in the description of the ability bough yet.
What's the difference?

You had them when you started the game. It's the same ability. Those are DLC's runes.

So I don't need to work to buy the ability in-game? That is makes it all kinda pointless...

If you buy that ability then you have 1 free rune slot to put another rune in. That's all the benefit of your 2500m.

Can we have the 3 special abilites (sword, dagger and bow) at the same time? I notice that they all activete with the same command.

Sure you can, which ability activates depends on if you're walking, have your bow out or crouching for your sword, bow and dagger respectively.
