Is this open world like skyrim?
Or is it something else where you can't go anywhere you want and does it play like assassins creed and how long does the main campaign go for on average hours wise?

open world but alot smaller then skyrim and everything looks the same, i am not that far in the story yet maybe it changes later, however smaller doesnt mean worse even though there is little variety it is still fun, definatly worth 4 bugs! :squirtyay: also gollum is funny :B1:

btw this game is much harder then skyrim and if u get frustrated easily then dont buy it (maybe it is not really hard but the learning curve is high when u hv no experience with batman like combat system if u got used to it the difficulty is ok)

I just got it and I've spent over 2 hours just wondering around killing and finding artifacts so far pretty good

I've spent 60+ hrs and haven't finished the game. I like to travel by myself and not use fast travel (It's kinda nerd yeah :steamfacepalm:)
Is it open world? In a way. There are two main areas, both are pretty decent sized, but they are both separated by a loading screen.

The campaign takes as long as you want to take. It could be fast, or it could be slow. I don't remember how long it took to me to finish it, but I am still playing the game today, even after 100% completion on everything due to the fact that the Nemesis System is awesome.

Just get the game. It's great. You'll like Shadow of War even more.

Can I ride a dragon in SOM? Just asking, since open world game should have some fast travel mechanism?

Is not open world as The Elder Scrolls series or Arma series or Far Cry series. It don't have 10-40 sq km free roam maps. It dose play like assassins creed. It's Semi-open world or something like that game.

I haven't played in ages but it's totally worth it, and fun. It's not easy though so plan on dying.

It's not open world like Skyrim it's more open world as in Assassin's Creed style open world.
and there's events and stuff that happens on the map.
