Worth paying for the upgrade to GOTY?

Its about double the price of the standard game, is the DLC worth the money?

standard game IS the goty edition, you only have to pay double if you bought the game before (like I did) as the sale doesn't cover the GOTY upgrade

Seems like GOTY edition includes all the DLC already. Upgrade is only for people who already own the base game and nothing else.

If you already have the game and you don't want to upgrade for twice the cost, just create another steam account, buy it, then family share the game with your original account. Done.

At least I'm pretty sure that will work...

Just got a reply from an officer on here, it's possible to remove the game completely from your steam account using the steam support page, you can then purchase the GOTY edition for the on sale price as I have done just now

I believe you can just repurchase it and get an added discount for the owned game atop of that without needing to remove the game from your library. It should show the discounted total, unless I'm wrong...
