why Uruks have personality like humans ?
sorry bad english
I am playing this game now, and Uruks looks like have personality like humans, like Ratbag and others, of course, they looks like are pure evil.
but I see the movies and Uruks born from dirt (mud) then why they have each one one singular personality ? Should be more logical they be just brainless creatures like zombies just following orders ? They have desires and ambitions, then, they have a SOUL ! I not understand it . Or they are made from souls of dead humans or dead elfs ?

They are elfs or were elves they weren't born out of the dirt per say. I mean in the movies we saw them come out of the mod. I'm not all to sure all i know is they were elfs as celembor says they truly are a twisted version of my kin or something like that. Me being the newer generation I havn't picked up any of the books.

They are distorted creations derived from Elves and Orcs, yet they are mutations. They don't have personalities per say, some are more evil than others. They are born out of Black magic and are born from hives. They want to conquer Mordor and then escape to Earth and slaughter the Humans as they are commanded by Sauron.

Ratbag didn't have a personality and he was a coward and he only agreed to help Talion so that he isn't slaughtered. He pleads with Talion to spare his life and that's what Talion does so that Ratbag can advance the agenda of Talion.

Urks do not have souls, because they are mindless creatures.

They do not look mindless creatures. I really sure they have a souls. They act exactly like evil humans. You never see that old movies with humans barbarians ? They act exactly like evil human barbarians. I guess they just not go r*aping woman because this should be so much shocking and the guy that created the book story avoided to add it to avoid bad feedback from reader.

I guess they are created using the dead souls of evil humans or elves, but, they have not memories of it. the magic reset their minds, but, they keep their evil personality.

someone that read the books and know the real lore can confirm it, please ?

I told you that they do not act like humans, they act like Sauron. Evil is a trait that is given by Sauron to some humans, yet not to all of them as the Urks are. Urks are born from Black Magic and hives where Elves and Orcs are mixed together like a Frankenstein's Monster experiment. They do not have souls because Sauron only uses them for death and destruction. Once they die, they are dead forever.

When an Urk is killed, another takes their place, because they have a hive mindset.

I don't know much about the Middle Earth universe, but since you brought up the movies, there is a clear comparison between the Uruks in "The Hobbit" and the Uruks in "Lord of the Rings". The Hobbit uruks seemed to act more similarly to how the in-game uruks act, because they are normal uruks. The ones in LotR (The ones you're talking about) were forced to be born by Saruman (not sure, that's just what I remember), so they were created with the purpose of being mindless drones, while The Hobbit/Shadow of Mordor uruks seem to be more like corrupted elves

Uruks are supposed to be Fallen/turned to the dark side type elves, maybe only the captains are Fallen elves and that's why they are captains and the regular Uruks are the monsters that came out of the mud? I don't know I just bought the game for the Nemesis system.

EDIT: I have read LOTR and The Hobbit many times.

Okay, so it seems that no one has given you the right answer. So, this is how it goes.

In the beginning, Eru Illùvatar created the universe through music. The creatures that he created were men and elves. (Other creatures were created by other lesser gods.) Melkor, the dark Lord before Sauron was jealous of Eru's music and saught to make his own. However, he could not create anything new so his creations were crude imitations of Eru Illùvatar and the other gods creations. Orcs, or in this case Uruks, are Melkor's crude imitations of Elves. He created them only with a semblance of free will. This means that the orcs, or Uruks, will always be evil, they may have their own individual personalities and various traits.

Uruks are artificial created by the wizard. Orcs are just another race like goblins, they are crude and savage version of humans in the books. So the portrayal of them isn't wrong.
Do not mix the books with the films, please.
Peter Jackson made a mess with the origin of uruks.
Uruk means "orc" in the Black Thongue. Uruk-hai, "orc folk". Basically, the uruk-hai are the SS of Mordor ranks. The best orcs.

Also, Djojo is right.
