Report a translation problem
1. open Documents>WB Games>Shadow of Mordor>render.cfg with notepad
2. change "Render.Setting.AspectRatioLock" "1.000000" to "0.000000"
3. launch game, set full screen and resolution 100%(1920x1080).

I’ve found that setting the setting to Borderless, my computer will display it properly on it own. Also I think changing the resolution to the higher option helped. I know this is old but if someone needs help they can try this, rather than going into the Documents folder.
