I'm could use a little help here, no matter what I try to do he just tells me to get lost. Is there a spacific set of answers that makes the game progress? I've picked up everything available to this point and am absolutely unable to progress.

I'm stuck around there as well. My main theory is, you need to get your hands on all Rorshah paintings, show them to Bozo and then copy his answers. Can't find the Elysium picture though.

Yeah I am not on the collecting pictures part I don't think. I have one piece of paper with an ink blob on it, but there is nothing else available. I cannot get rope from the rope store, I cannot advance in any way it seems. I also need to hey the "Yrk" thing to Upper Rufus but that is a no go either... Sigh, my brain hurts from playing it all night long.

How can i find second painting?

Well, here are some pointers to finding two of the paintings, use as much as you need to make further progress on your own. If you find the last one, please tell how.

Looking at the grate above the bar in sewers connects two Rufuses and allows to share items

Using the paper with ink on it on the animal in the trailer gets the second Rorshah painting

It can be used as model for a tattoo for the rebels near the gate.

That leads to meeting with Tony in the tank, but she is too calm and needs returning to her old self

You need to prove that there are 3 Rufuses. Tuning baby radio to CB radio, giving it to another Rufus and calling Tony while sitting next to her gets the job done, she is now in therapy.

Sending the paper plane from the rope shop to the srink fails, so Rufus needs to attach Yrk to it to add weight. The last Rufus gets the Irk and Tony gets a rope prescription, which she gladly passes on to Rufus in hopes he uses it well.

The rope makes a good trap for a baby on the crane (finger trick on the crane near the rebel base to get there with the photographer), which gets you the photo identical to the third Rorshah

To get into the bar you have to make all the children sleep. You need electicity, the radiator, some food, four blankets...

set up warmer inside "perfect campsite spot"
Tuck them in into breadwraps bought from the lady
Use stew from bozo's house
after those steps they should fall asleep

Great question, I've come to another impass where I can not get any more items, cannot combine nor give out any I already have. And one Rufus is being sung to :/
