Graphical Glitch in Resistance Camp

Has anyone else has this issue? The scene at the resistance camp is all glitched out and scrambled up for me: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3466920835

I've tried exiting and restarting the game, and verified the game files, but that didn't fix it. It makes it hard to tell what's going on in this area and know what I should be doing.

that looks like a texture compression issue, which you should be able to fix by disabling or enabling texture compression. You can do that by either editing the config.ini or by using the Visionaire Configuration Tool (second option when launching the game on Steam).
