I've already tried everything, reinstalled it several times, but it didn't work

Try your .net framework. Go to your config screen and then go to Software. There you will see the latest versions installed. Delete all of them. Then go to the microsoft website, download the oldest .net framework. Download both x64 en x86 and install them all the way up to the latest and newest version available.

Reboot your comp. Then try to launch the game and see if it worked. Most of the time this will work on other games as well.
