zam wesell won´t move

on the planet malaster there is a mission you follow zam wesell and fighting togheter but. she opens the small door afther the elevator but in the secon door she stuck and dont now why. can somone help ?

yea but she killed them While she's stuck in the door

Unfortunately you'll have to restart the level, that's a bug that exists in the original console release as well. For me, it cleared up after a restart on GameCube.

ok thats wired bc i alraedy loaded the mission new but second try still stuck. it make no sens to reloade the chapter Because the missions are loaded separately, I'll keep trying and let you know
