Never played the OG game so is this game anything enhanced which is worthy of the price?
I play solo only so is it good for single player campaign mode?

Remaster with enhanced visuals. There's no multiplayer part of the game.

I think remaster is the best term, although it does include some gameplay changes from the original and a completely overhauled control scheme. Honestly this might just be a straight upgrade over the OG version (granted the OG wasn't exactly a masterpiece to begin with).

Played it last night and no sorry it was not my cup of tea. I had no experience of the OG game and this remaster version did not impress me neither. The movement and mechanics were just off.

It isnt a remaster, its a port with ai upscaling just like how swbf2 classic collections was, a REAL remaster would be , an example is DEAD SPACE, Modern Warfare 2 campaign remaster. Those are remasters, this is not a remaster but a port with ai work done on it. don't listen to these people saying its a remaster

Unfortunately there is no hard definition that we can rely on distinguish remake/remaster. It’s definitely not a reboot, though, it’s the same core game as the original. I would personally consider it a remaster, since a “port” is a 1:1 copy being released on a new platform, which this is not that. And ports occur within a year or two of the general release of the game, not two decades later. And it’s also being released on PS, Xbox, Switch, and PC. A port is not the correct name for a multiplatform re-release with enhanced visuals and control scheme changes (no matter if they don’t rise to the level of a full remake). This is a remaster.
