I was wondering .....
..... For those who have bought the extra land in the town hall, wat you are doing with the extra land.

I use my 2nd farm which is 5x5 plots for events. But i just wondering, what you are using it for.

I am thinking about, buying a 3rd land, i am just consider it, and open all the 49 plots and making a crop farm over there.

Forgive my ignorance, but if I expand and add an extra farmland from the Town Hall, I could set up that to be for events and only events? I know visitors can only go where "you" are in the game, so I'd just hang out in the event area for the event?

I've mentioned I'm very shy to open my farm for events because of my experience with FT1 and I don't want to have to shut down everything with security "just" for events, but if I can have an isolated space for event stuff, I'll totally do that!

Hi!

Regarding your first question: You can do what you want with your second farmland, but as you already know, people will join the land you currently are in.

Regarding your second comment: I think in your case, you could set the whole farm permissions to "None" (or maybe "Harvest") to prevent potential damaage or griefing, and set a security booth with higher permission levels in an area where you have the event items available. However, people may not even try to join your farm if they see the overall permission level is set to None...

At some point in the future, we'll probably allow some kind of tag system so you can classify your different lands ("Event", "Decoration", "Leveling", "Social", etc) and not rely only on the farm name / welcome message.

Yes, the security booth, that is a very good invention in the game.

When there will be an event. I assume it would be the same gameplay as the first event, i will be at the event (2nd Farm) so that other players can fullfill their daily quests

I used the 2nd farm to double up on my best crops like fruit trees, flowers, coriander and cows. I find I need to earn lots of coins and diamonds for Land 3 as the plots are very expensive.

I also have all 3 farms . Original farm is now just for produce and decorations (hopefully down the road we will get enough to create towns. The 2nd farm is just trees and flowers. The 3rd farm is just animals and fish. I'm not not worried about ever running out of space as so far I have 200 of each animals, fish, tree and flower in the store and I'm looking forward to new items with room to place them all.

Farmhands as far as the eye can see. With the new lands you can have 100 :)

Except those farmhands are only "working" on the farm you are currently on. Until the Devs make some changes with the farmhands working "offline" I cannot see the use of them on the other farms. :(

Wel, I have now bought 3 farms. Have recycled them and now i am building up farm 1 with alot of crops and the fish in each corner. My 2nd farm will be the trees and flowers and my 3rd farm will be the animals and also fish in each corners.

Lot of work though, have to level up a little bit more to buy more plots at farm 2 and 3.

And then the decorations ofcourse, to make it cozy and beautifull
