Feeder
What is the benefit of the feeder?

When i fill up the feeder, my bar is full for food. But in part 1, you see, when you fill up the feeder, that the bar fill up for a second time.

I don't see it here. When i fill the feeder, i have one circle bar with food, and it looks like, the food runs out just as much, if i manually feed the animals.

if i notice right , your limit of how much you can feed is higher .
i gave pigs food , put a feeder next to them and i could feed them again for a little amount.,

The feeder adds the equivalent of 10 tiles of animals to the plot's capacity.

So, in a 10-tiles group of animals, a feeders doubles food capacity.

So if i have a plot of 81 animals (9x9), i need 8 feeders

I have found in FT1 as well as this one, that the feeders seem to be a waste of ribbons. I never really noticed a huge difference. It is easier to manually do it, or in FT1 I had the farmhands take care of the animals.

Not really. If you have a plot of 81 animals, a single feeder will increase your capacity by ~12% (91/81)
