Connection to hoster

With the new Update the connection to the hoster is very often lost and I read the connection to the server in Europe is lost.

Now switched from europe to asia, but the same problem. I have still issues connecting . Now I switch back to Europe and try to play but after some minutes the connection to the server/hoster is lost again and I can´t visit other farms and can´t go on playing on my own farm. I must start playing my farm new.

So I only can play offline without problems. But this does not really make sense, because I can´t visit other farms and so I can´t harvest the quest plant and flower on other farms and other players can´t visit my farm and it´s not possible to play the event successful.

So, i could visit today several farms and harvest. I was again thrown out , but not so often.

Same problem, I get thrown out of my wife's game once in a while.
So does she, she gets a error message that she lost connection to the regional server, we've been swapping between them but that doesn't seem to help.

Edit: firewall is allowing inbound traffic on the farm together 2 didn't have an outbound rule. I just added one and I'll update later, didn't have this issue on the first game.

Edit 2: Problem still occurs, every 10-20 minutes today it seems (24/12/2024). We gave up after it happened 4 times.

We've had it since we got the game a few weeks ago.

Now today I could play on my farm a very long time. Today in the evening I will visit other farms, hope it will be allright.

It´s still the same, I can´t visit other farms and my game throws me out again. Now I will no longer play this event. I hope if this is a bug, the devs will work on it.

Hi! It's not a bug. While some servers might be down occassionally (this is rare, but may happen for a few minutes every month), if you can't keep a stable enough connection to the regional server, you will be kicked out.

If you've already tried switching regions and still experiencing the problem, please check your internet connection is stable. Switching from wireless to wired might help. Also I'd recommend running a stability test such as https://ping.canbeuseful.com/en to make sure you don't have micro-cuts while playing.

Now today in the afternoon I could visit other farms and play without thrown out from my farm. I think this depends from the time I play. I finished now the event.

Have you tried updating your video card driver? If it's outdated it can cause issues like this.

Update: It just kicked us out 3 times in 20 minutes. Connected to EU region server.
No micro-cuts on our network (ran the ping test for half an hours with 0 packets lost).
Tried switching between regions.
We're pulling our hair out at this point, it's frustrating...
