game is still constantly freezing and crashing

Hey all, posted when I first bought this game, I've only managed to log 3hrs with the game according to steam as the game constantly freezes and crashes, is anyone else having problems like this on windows? How do I go about discussing this with the devs? There is a random email on their page but never got a reply when I first emailed a couple weeks ago.

Anyone got any suggestions? I've turned down the games graphics, my drivers are all upto date, I play much more taxing games from steam on here no worries. I'm on a desktop computer.

Hi!

Please post the log file so we can take a look (logs can be accessed by going to settings->support->browse log files).

While we've received a couple of reports of freezes and crashes, we have been unable to determine the exact reason behind them, but most likely they're related to some specific in the system.

If you have updated your drivers and are not running on bare-minimum specs (where crashes could happen because of the GPU running out of memory), I'd recommend to try checking if you have an antivirus or other system app that might be causing issues with the game.

Also try redownloading the game if you haven't already, just in case.

Thanks for the reply, its a brand new day so will post if it crashes again, I disabled my avg antivirus yesterday but still experienced the crashing. I tend to find playing at nighttime Australian sees less crashes than daytime as I chose to be in the Asian servers even though I play in offline mode if that helps at all.

I'm a bit confused now... When you say "freezing and crashing", what are you referring to exactly?

Because changing multiplayer region should have nothing to do with the game crashing.

I play on US EAST server and i'm in Australia as well - and i play at anytime during the day and get no crashes at all (except the photon timeout thing which hasn't happened lately).

The game freezes, then it goes a white shade, I play in windowed mode and it says at the top the program is not responding and then it auto closes the game and says its going to send an error report to Windows. Sometimes I can't even load my farm up because it insta crashes.

It sounds more of a computer problem then game problem. Perhaps not enough RAM etc?
