Unlocking terraforming shop, resources?

Desperately trying to unlock terraforming as I want an mostly flat farm. I know it unlocks at level 24 via an shop you buy in town. What resources do I need to build the shop?

Also does anyone have any tips on how to level up my farm fast? And how to get things like ribbons/medals? Thanks.

I agree with this statement. Another thing I noticed:
Even though chickens are the first animal, you can't sell the eggs until you've reached Farm Level 10 and unlock the ability to sell them in town. So I filled up on eggs pretty fast.

As for terraforming, I think a level 10 terraforming unlock would be great and moving the general store to an early level after vegetables and fruits.

My opinion anyways. Otherwise, enjoying the farm so far. We are level 17, still grinding towards terraforming (the ultimate goal) so I can get the farm how I want.
