Cannot Delete Mud.

I just unlocked 2 pieces of land and cannot remove patches of mud that I do not want. Please help. Thank you.

You can buy grass (from the teraforming tab) to cover it up/change it to grass.

you need to place grass over it, you can find grass in the terrain section in your shop

grass, mud and desert tiles etc are considered terraforming and are not placed tiles like in the first game. So you can not recycle them and only replace them. Though the only exception that I found on that tab is the water tile.
