Farm saving error since update #13

Since update #13 after 3-5 minutes of playing the message “Saving farm error” appears with the choice to continue playing at the risk of losing data or exiting the game. After leaving the game all progress is lost. It's impossible to play, I start from the same point every time.

Please post the log file for a session where you get this error. The log file can be obtained by going to settings->support->browse log files.

You can use a service like pastebin.org to post its contents.

Thank you for the log. I see the following in the log when the file is being saved.

UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path is denied

Can you please confirm that the save folder has the proper permissions? Maybe it's write protected or something, or another application or antivirus is blocking access to the file.

This is the folder where farms are saved

C:\Users\eugen\AppData\LocalLow\Milkstone Studios\FarmTogether2\SteamStorage\76561198101947517\farms\

And this is the file that's not being saved properly

C:\Users\eugen\AppData\LocalLow\Milkstone Studios\FarmTogether2\SteamStorage\76561198101947517\farms\farm_1.data

Other files such as the config or the farm list are being saved properly, so it's probably something with the "farms" folder or the farm_1.data file itself.

Thank you for your quick response. I saw an error that the file could not be saved. The new farm works without errors. I launched the farm from another account, apparently this led to an error, I don’t know how to win now. I checked the folder access rights, everything seems to be fine. There is currently no file farm_1.data in this folder at all, only .bak and .temp

If other farms are working properly, you may want to try manually deleting the farm_1.data file yourself. It should be restored from the backup when loading the game, and maybe this way its permissions will be properly set.
