Cannot start game

I initiate PLAY it starr the proces the stops and go bak to PLAY. Have done a few udates in Windiws 11 recently. Was working before.

I have the same exact problem. When I click play, it says it is "Launching" but then goes back to play. And I am still even on Windows 10.

Damn game not wanna work and play drives me nuts.

If you have an nvidia card, try rolling back to an older driver. I had to use a driver from Aug 28 and now it'll start up again for me.

Rolling back to an older driver wouldn't it slow down the performance for your PC?
Or is there any or no difference at all?

My GPU is 1080ti and somehow since 2025 after I bought it, I could play it despite the minimum requirement for the GPU is RTX 2060 Super (8GB), while the recommended GPU one is RTX 3080.

Almost glad to see I'm not alone. Cleared shader cache, reinstalled, run with and without mods and I get fatal error every time. 5080 laptop, ran fine until recently, so it's gotta be a windows or driver update at fault.

Thank, Drive 581.15 did it for me (I searched Aug 28) But some say it's not poorly optimised, no it isn't... hmhm

Same here , no fix has worked so far I have tried like 10 different things
