Now if Peace Walker (still with COOP) get remade with the new engine, we all be happy :3

Also, please, remember if you do Acid, to be able to save at any point and start there, because sometimes you need to restart your PC while playing in that an hour long card game.

Also coop at certain points where you would move an NPC, could now be with a m8
And then even a Leaderboard on who'se faster or dare I even say a VS.. (move to certain positions first, reach objectives and win..

What I'll say is not official and can be due to changes but....

If metal gear acid 1 & 2 come they are supposed to get the Castlevania treatment (so savestates at least, not sure about rewind features unless thay have the time for it and for now they don't). If you mean an Acid 1 & 2 remake we'll have to wait for years unless Konami decide to put a second team to remake spin-off (it will depend on how well MGS DELTA will sell I suppose).

MGS PW co-op mode is supposed to not be a problem since they'll do like MGO3 or Metal gear survive (MGV), MGO3 is peer to peer so players host a lobby, MGV have that but when the host drop the game try to attribute a new host, so once again it will be based on much time they have to work on their project.

Finaly as for MGS2 skateboarding I've heard nothing, of course it wouldn't be impossible but like with the rest it will depend on If they have the time to do so, remember that they'll have to put boss rush and Snake Tales, maybe even a Raiden tales , sadly this is a topic we can discuss after many years.

Before someone ask If at some point Konami planned on remaking MG1 & 2: MGS PW Is supposed to be next (If MGS DELTA is a success) because they can cut some corners too (a bit due to MGV once again).

Sadly don't keep your hopes up because If MGS DELTA doesn't sell well Konami will understand that no one want MGS remake so after they are done with the master collection we'll mostly get merchs...... and an MGS mobile game, gacha style...... while it looks cool on paper to have Venom Snake, Solid Snake, Naked Snake, Liquid Snake and Solidus Snake to be in the same team and get a "Les enfants terrible - famille" formation bonus..... I hope in stays in a silly plan C (or was it D ? Plan E was letting the franchise sleep ? Whatever they suck ).

In conclusion: Keep your hopes low and wait for official updates on the franchise, I was happy when I was told that MGV would have a hard difficulty campaign and I got to play it (but not everyone could) but it got cancelled since the it wasn't satisfactory. (yes campaign as in the solo mode, not co-op hard mode, later they've added the EXTREME difficulty too so don't get confused).

How dare you use the word "Acid" yet you are NOT referring to the absolutely awesome game that KONAMI refuses to remake and re-release so it's freed from that prison known as the PSP.

Thought you were spoiling that they included it as an extra. Which would immediately justify the price.

Why would they include MGS Acid in a remake of MGS3 ? MGS MASTER collection VOL3 may have it or it could be in a PSP collection like the Castlevania collection that have NES/GBA/DS collection of Castlevania so here they could make a PSP collection of MG Acid 1 & 2 et MG PO and MG PO+, they could throw in MGS PW as a bonus even If they'll port the 60 FPS version too so you know just an extra to make the collection more worth and to remember how the OG was.

Well, no bait and switch here
I bought Metal Gear Solid 3 so many times: ps2 Snake Eater, then PS2 Subsistence, PS3 HD (physical and Online), PSP, PS Vita HD (physical and online), I own MGS 3: 7 TIMES, lol, nothing but love from me for this game!

About the justification for the price:
there's a new engine, CQC, remastered Ape Escape and new models (characters and environment), sound about OK to me.

I truly hope Acid is included in the collection, but now I look back at it, I understand your confusion, since I meant to add it to the collection.
Thanks for holding back and understanding, The MGS forum/players have always been tight/intelligent and fun, so I'm looking forward to enjoy this version with you all (by matter of ?online? or just on the Steam forum :) )
