Because you think $69.99 is too much for a remake of a legendary game that costs the same as most video game releases since like 2023. $69.99 USD is the standard in U.S. Also keep in mind things like inflation and basic economics.

Honestly anyone can answer your bait by saying that simple fact: MG fans will buy it because they don't care If kojima is involved or not, not all MG games had him involved like MGR, fortunatly he isn't involved with this remake because last time he did we got MGS twin Snake, one of the worst sold MGS and really the most horrible MGS game since MGS1 maps wasn't made with MGS2 controls in mind.
