Why Delta?
I am not aware of the lore so why is it called Metal Gear Δ (Delta)?

Delta is the fourth letter in the Greek alphabet. Shouldn't instead be called Metal Gear Gamma which is the third letter?

They're using what delta means in mathematics which is "change without difference in structure." While the graphics and controls are changing, the levels, voice lines, and story remain the exact same.
