It's only a few extra skins and 2 day early access.

Entirely subjective on if you feel like supporting the developers who spent years making the game.

(Konami also has said that Delta's sales/reception will influence wither they decide to do more remakes. If it flops / fans reject it in mass, that'll pretty much be a permanent deathblow to the series.)

I answered this question without thinking. Let's start with the main thing. The white jacket that comes as a bonus from pre-order can be taken for an achievement in the game. DLC in the form of costumes are additional elements of gameplay. Is it worth it? I answered that yes. The reason is simple. The game came out on PS2 a long time ago. I even remember its advertisement on foxkids. And it is still being replayed. The costumes give new impressions from each playthrough. So yes, I have already pre-ordered.

To be fair, this gentleman is right. That is, if you want a suit that reduces damage, you will get it anyway. You want a white toxedo, you will get it anyway. Therefore, by not buying suits, you will not lose anything in the gameplay. But personally, I admire Snake the entire game 2000 tenge in Kazakhstan is not expensive)
I got it and I'll say it's not needed, unless the white tuxedo is an exclusive skin you can't unlock but we are on PC you can probably mod it.

I got the deluxe edition because It's important to support the franchise, the kojidrone outnumber us and they really want the franchise to die because no kojima = no buy, considering that they don't really enjoy their fetching quest game that failed to create a new genre and they are really mad that Konami would make a better MGS game (he make no money for MGS DELTA) so the more profit Konami can make on DELTA the better the odds of futur remakes.

I have a pretty good job and honestly there are only 2 games I want this year: MGS DELTA and MGS VOL2, I've also been saving money for MGS DELTA so I expected 70$, I can go an extra 20$ honestly.

But honestly you could just buy the standard edition If you really need the 10$ this month.
It's entirely up to you to decide if it's worth it or not

yeah, ive decided it is worth it considering i have no regrets currently. we’ll just have to see once the remake comes out

Absolutely not

As someone who is going to get this at some point, no. The "deluxe edition" in this case is a scam and not worth it. Just get the base edition, hell I can get the standard on GMG for under 60.
If you're a die hard MGS fan, go for it.

Volume 2 is definetily not coming this year, it'll be way after Delta and due to Volume 1 issues at launch, they'll take more time polishing it.

Regional pricing is a fickle biotch

It’s actually cheaper in my country because it costs only equivalent of 55 USD, for standard edition
