Entirely subjective on if you feel like supporting the developers who spent years making the game.
(Konami also has said that Delta's sales/reception will influence wither they decide to do more remakes. If it flops / fans reject it in mass, that'll pretty much be a permanent deathblow to the series.)
just hope can get 20 years out of this version
I got the deluxe edition because It's important to support the franchise, the kojidrone outnumber us and they really want the franchise to die because no kojima = no buy, considering that they don't really enjoy their fetching quest game that failed to create a new genre and they are really mad that Konami would make a better MGS game (he make no money for MGS DELTA) so the more profit Konami can make on DELTA the better the odds of futur remakes.
I have a pretty good job and honestly there are only 2 games I want this year: MGS DELTA and MGS VOL2, I've also been saving money for MGS DELTA so I expected 70$, I can go an extra 20$ honestly.
But honestly you could just buy the standard edition If you really need the 10$ this month.
It’s actually cheaper in my country because it costs only equivalent of 55 USD, for standard edition
