Are they gonna acknowledge Hideo Kojima in this remake?
Basically who made and directed whole thing?

Probably not. Credits are a contractual thing instead of a legal thing, and Kojima's contract with Konami has almost certainly been fully terminated.

The head of production as well as of advertising have been doing the "metal gear production hotline", where they state that it would be a dream come true to work with Hideo Kojima in this game so they are not trying to disrespect the creator at all.

I watched all 3 of Konami's Metal Gear "production hotline" videos. I noticed Kojima's name in the title at least a couple times in the opening credits of the remake. Something in the lines of "Based on original work by Hideo Kojima." I could sense a ton of respect towards Kojima's vision and the franchise overall from the team behind the remake.

This was super important to me also - after Kojima's treatment post Phantom Pain.
