Minor spoiler, but there's a cutscene in which a player can press a button to watch a female character change her clothes without her noticing.
This scene makes Snake look like a total creep and is completely unnecessary.
Removing it should be a simple matter of not allowing a player to press any buttons during that cutscene.

I'm disagreeing with this solely based off of your profile where you have a young lady with her tits hanging out which is way worse than anything shown in MGS3. Probably the most hypocritical take I've ever seen.
