Minor spoiler, but there's a cutscene in which a player can press a button to watch a female character change her clothes without her noticing.
This scene makes Snake look like a total creep and is completely unnecessary.
Removing it should be a simple matter of not allowing a player to press any buttons during that cutscene.

I don't expect anything from the remake, I have the originals here with me several times and am looking forward to the MGS Collection in the autumn of this year.
