It's not Fox Engine, is it?
Such a good piece of tech, criminally underused.

A fantastic engine, but I think it's out dated. Let's wait and see. Capcom is one of the few Japanese big company with their own engine

Koei-Tecmo/Team Ninja has their own engine but it's dog-doodoo

And the weirdest thing is - it was mostly used for pachinko machines.
Konami had big potential, but went sleeping and not made more games when they had a chance...

Possible, but im not sure, unless its a refined version because i still get nightmares of despawning fob guards on mgsv

Is there any evidence that they ever used Fox Engine for pachinko machines? You don't exactly need a game engine to make bunch of pre-rendered cutscenes.

No, it's a new engine.

I wish it was. Fox Engine is so well optimized.

fox engine is terrible. The only thing it had for it was that it runs well. Falls apart in every other aspect.

Virtuous Games--the developer behind MGS3 Remake--has experience with the FOX Engine thanks to their support work on MGS5 and MGS Survive so it is possible that MGS3 Remake MIGHT be running on it as well. Though it could very well just be running on UE4 really.

Well just have to wait for any further information regarding what engine is being use but my money is on UE4.

Nope, if you google "what happened to the fox engine", you'll get a lot of websites saying the same as this one https://gamerant.com/konami-scraps-hideo-kojima-fox-engine/
