Its sorta 50 50 with me. Yes it has a really small player base.
But then again, look at all the people sumbitting guns! And all the other stuff!
Plus the servers get... Sorta.. Popular on the weekends. I wouldn't really say it's dead yet. Lets keep in mind this came out late 2014. And I assure you it's going to be popular soon.
Remeber minecraft? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F9t3FREAZ-k
Yeah it was like that... This game only has gotten 3 updates, major updates that is. Usally I would be complaining about this because it's only 3 updates. But now I'm not for this very reason. Look how much updates minecraft got and how bigger the player base got from all those updates?
These are only the beggining updates! The game is sure to change!
I dont believe we have said anything of the sort... we said we have a big announcement coming and that is all. Please don't promise things on behalf of the dev team.
Before Steam release, the game was in a free beta. Lots of the beta players left when the game was released and had to be purchased at $15. There were still lots of players who bought Guncraft and continued to play, but, sadly, there was a slow, but steady decline as many moved on to new games or went back to old ones. Now there are very few players...
The devs say that they're currently working on a patch/update that will hopefully bring some attention on Guncraft.
