Report a translation problem
- Apprentice: The hit probability of "evil" NPCs lowers by 10% (if 2*skill level > NPC level - 1/2 of their Alignment).
- Disciple: +(skill level - 5)% to the Apprentice bonus.
- Journeyman: The spell penetration of "evil" NPCs lowers by 2*(skill level - 10)%.
- Master: Magic Resistance of "evil" NPCs lowers by 4*(skill level - 15)%.
Hopefully it does work like this in the game...
As far as my priest's skills go, I maxed Wisdom and Alchemy (I just had to mix a few elixirs to permanently raise my attributes). I also put a few points into Authority, but the effect on threatening isn't noticeable, I guess, and I didn't want my opponents to flee during combat (but Masters can paralyze them for a short time).

Sounds like the skill is worth mastering as I presume most humanoid enemies are evil. As a reference, does anyone know the level for an average Lizardman/Orc/common monster?
