Can't clear infestation

I'm trying to help some neighbors and they want me to help them clear an infestation. The place we had to go had an infestation right next to it, we cleared that one. But the one we need to clear has no screamers anywhere near it.

Any suggestions?

I've got the same problem - and no screamer seen in the walls...So I can't finish the mission, and can't start a new one -.-

screamers sometimes do wander off
sometimes, one infestation zombie can be just waiting for you in front of your car

just try again, everytime you kill a nearby stray Z, go back to the infestation

if really you can t get it done, just shout a couple times, you ll attract anything thats nearby, including hidden Zs

it is also possible that you just missed a sitting Z behind a bed or desk

Screamers tend to by design or buggy coding...wander off from the infestation sometimes. I had one house I was running around for 5 minutes the infestation was clean but wouldn't register as clean for some reason and on my 4th trip around the outside of the house the screamer was magically there. It is weird sometimes.

Today I tried again to do that infestation-thing. There are two infestation-houses next to each other. The left one was no problem - neither last time nor today. But the right house, I wasn't able to find the screamer - and it wasn't an actual mission this time. I just wanted to try it this way. No success. And this time it was daylight - so I was able to search the environment - but there was no screamer - I didn't see and I didn't hear it. Dayum!

Hi guys, today it worked. The screamer was there in that small room. I killed it and the infestation was over.

Funny ;-) Of course, it didn't take 5 days to FIND that screamer, it took 5 days the bug being disappeared, because I HAD looked into the small room before but there was no screamer!
