WOW REALLY!??!?

Playing Maya full hp, near the end of the game having grabbed some explosives, and I climb up the Ferris Wheel to survey, and when I leave to climb down the ladder SHE RUNS OFF INSTEAD AND DIES FROM FALL DAMAGE!? On top of that ♥♥♥♥ it still showed I had like 10% of my hp.

Straight up ♥♥♥♥ing fail man. Loving this game until that moment, completely ruined it and I don't even want to finish this ♥♥♥♥ now. Game fails to read me walking into a ladder and I die as a result, in a game with permadeath. ♥♥♥♥ing fabulous.

I have a couple of stories like that, all of which I survived though lol.

Accidents happen in real life... Crap, I was hit by a car and had my leg ripped in half. No restart button there.

This game isn't for those who can't accept failure and move on with it.

Personally, I see my characters like instruments at my disposal. If one dies (lol, doesn't happen really), there is another pawn to take its place.

Then you don't have to Jog around on top of towers, maybe it will even feature "Not falling off of ledges without pressing jump" that is present in many games or a grab the ledge feature.

Yea, like tomb raider reboot, holding your hand every step of the way, thats the real deal. "amagad you're going to die, press X...phew...that was close, you barely made it". haha.

Or just walk over cliffts on a tight rope, knowing theres 0 chance you'll ever fall. Now THAT is brilliant, what a gem. Make more, yes please. Genius.

I think this is why I like this game. For many more expensive titles these days, I think "why didn't they just make this a movie and save people the hours?"

Sorry for asking for a walk key. You must jog everywhere on high places. I guess the only excitement you can get from this tedium is random jog off a roof. Good call.

Edit:Worst call= responding to bad troll before I saw profile picture and past "Nazi Pride" name.

True... But in SoD- what goes up always falls down 1000 times harder lol, my character died falling off the small mini mart haha, i was like wtf. maybe a ankle sprain, broken leg. but not SPLAT DEAD! ;) Oh well ♥♥♥♥ happens.

I threw myself off a minimart before, i think with marcus (?) since i had called a few zombies in, and i could see my vehicle right outisde, so i went for it, he didn't die, was fine, musta lost some 10, 15% HP.

Thrown myself off of gunstores, gas stations, the water tower at ranger station, and a couple other places. You were probably low HP, maybe? something like that.

Since the first time I ever fell off a survey point I always crouch and sneak towards the ladders now .. best to be safe than dead ;)

I can laugh because the exact same thing happened to me with Ed, on the ferris wheel to boot.
Worst part was I couldn't recover his stuff because he fell on top of a building. I started a new game shortly after and just powered through the army missions, didn't take too long.

Im glad to see every one agrees. But do any of you get a ull launcher error. it stops my game and closes it. It reaaly makes me mad.
