Unlock all Breakdown "Difficulty Levels"?

I have been working my way through breakdown difficulty levels, but its taking too long. I want to jump right into the harder difficulties.

Does anyone know how to edit/mod/cheat to unlock all 10 levels?

You can go level 999 if you want... just go in steam State of Decay folder, then make a shortcut.
Go in Properties, and then enter: -devmode after the "goal" (with a space between the " and -
Ex: "C:/............/State of Decay.exe" -devmode
But it seems weard now because when i want to start a new game i have lvl 100 then i need to pass threw all the 999 to be able to begin a lvl1 game.
Just tried the 100 and the 999 seems the same.
It's just impossible to survive, in each house there is like 10 - 20 zombies, 1 noise and you are dead.
Tried a mine that makes noise in the middle of the town, between 40 - 60 zombies came in the street =x

PainSanta's solution puts someone on dev levels only. Still looking for some way to unlock the breakdown levels.
