Breakdown - The Father

Playing on Xbox and I can't for the life of me figure out how to get past 10/11 maxed facilities. I've lived in the Alamo and STW, and I've built: Machine Shop, Munitions Shop, Medical Lab, Shooting Platform, Refrigerated Storage, Dojo, Dining, Kitchen, Greenhouse, Library, and Bunkhouse. The radio room was free of course and all I can think is that my Machine Shop was from a refurbish (built in to the STW). I'm already driving out to the fairgrounds for building materials and I'm about to lose my mind. I suppose I'll delete something again and try an outdoor machine shop with whatever materials I can get at this point. I really wanted to knock this out before going to level two and having to start all over, and haul a small nation worth of building materials again. Has anyone managed to get this?

For the Killer which is Alan if I recall. You need to let someone get black fever so you can shoot them. Don't collect medical supplies and don't build a medical area and eventually someone will catch it, then put a bullet in their head and you've unlocked Killer Alan.

you have to build a machine shop, the refurbished one doesn't count :(

Alright confirmed: built-in facilities don't count. I unlocked the Father when I built the outdoor Machine Shop.

For the Scholar, build a munitions shop, and there will be something like six research projects in tiers of two.
