1. Go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\State of Decay\Game" (by default)
2. Create folder "libs" if it doesn't exist, and enter.
3. Create folder "ui" if it doesn't exist, and enter.
4. Create two EMPTY files (obviously without the quotes) called:
a) "intromovies.usm"
b) "intromovies.noesrb.usm"
Done.
You could otherwise just create these files in notepad, add the custom extension in the file name and save as 'all types'.
http://www.nexusmods.com/stateofdecay/mods/23/?
So you have to create the 2 files in
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\State of Decay\Game"
or wherever you store your steam games:
libs\ui\intromovies.usm
libs\ui\intromovies_noesrb.usm
This will remove the annoying intro movie
and thanks. i just played it without an intro! ;)
It still helped me. Going to start the game again since this year is the release of SOD2. Yay!
corrected intromovies_noesrb.usm
