Achievement didn't unlock - Get Outta My Dreams

So a little while ago I managed to finally kill a juggernaut with a vehicle - backed into him at high speed with a modern truck, he fell to the ground, and I backed over his face. Achievement didn't unlock. In the same very session (that I haven't even ended yet, am typing this in-game) I ran over a Bloater, Screamer, Feral, and Army zombie, and I'm quite certain that I've run over SWAT zombies. As far as I know, those are the only "freaks". Did this happen for anybody else, because every other achievement I performed unlocked, and this is the only one preventing me from 100% the game.

I found out that Screamer didn't count if it was part of Infestation. Possibly bug. When I drive over random Screamer I get it.

Makes sense, although I'm pretty sure I've ran over random screamers before. I'll just keep an eye out for them then.

Hey got any suggestion on how to kill the juggernaut ?
Does only pickup can handle killing it ? Or any other heavy vehicle in SoD?
How many times do I have roll over him to kill it ?
My vehicles keep getting smash pretty easy I'm not using any mod because I'm afraid it will disable steam achievements.

My vehicles keep getting smash pretty easy I'm not using any mod because I'm afraid it will disable steam achievements.

.45 Cal, .50 Cal and .40 Cal bullets to the head work well.
Playing bullfighter with him works too, make him ram into a wall/fence/etc
Homemade explosives thrown and mines are also fairly efficient, takes 2, maybe 3
Just about any heavy vehicle will work, back into it twice

yEah followed that reference with pickup...pushed him first and I've ran into a sidewalk made my pickup go up and smashed his head with the tier....pretty funny it was...of course my ride is now without tiers...LOL

Bring a friend, let Jugg's grab them, instant distraction! Then I just give him the boots and swing away. Killed three so far with just melee and bait.

I got it by driving into it in reverse, as I could never manage to do it in drive.
