State Of Decay: Breakdown - How do I make a watch tower and fix the RV?

Press Tab and press again several times, while base plan is displayed.
Click on empty squares. One of them will allow you build watchtower.
Look at lower line of squares on base plan. Find RV there click it and select Repair RV or something like that

There is a bug that happens when you've modded files. You won't be able to select the RV with mouse. Just use your inventory or movement keys to select it that way.

lol this isnt a problem i just want to know how to fix the RV

Fix the RV. Go to your home blueprint tab. You will see the RV down in the lower left by your outpost list. Click it, then you will see the list of what it needs up top. Click on the one you want to fix first. Sometimes you will need a special item from a scavenger hunt. once its done, use the same button to tell them to load up when ready.
