How do you craft repair kit’s
I’ve been researching and has not luck. I was under the assumption the car shop is where you do it

You can do it in your workshop for 50 or 75 prices of scrap (I'm not sure which). I believe the only purpose of having the car shop is to build upgrades for your vehicles, though I have never built one myself.

Autoshop has upgrade kits and timed bonuses (off the top of my head to durability and quietness).
