If you have downloaded the adult patch and Beyond the Bet DLC, I think it should work.
First one is in the MC's room on day 8, and the second is in other place on day 9. I don't know how one could miss the second one, if one had seen the first one. Even from the bad ending from the new DLC, one could expereience the NSFW scenes. And on day 8, game asks what position you'd prefer, like on top or bottom, and stuffs. I guess this is the sign NSFW is coming.
