Always Online?
I liked the GeForce Now Demo, but what do we know about the game being future proof?

Does the game and/or the mobile device app require servers running in the back end, or is everything self-hosted?

What happens if the game doesnt do well and the servers/mobile app gets cancelled in the future?

Those are all fair points to consider!

I've mentioned this here previously, but its our intent to keep everything updated and running for players as long as possible, even if it's enjoyed by a small community.

Sunderfolk is not a live service game - it is a one-time purchase for the full game with no microtransactions or in-game stores.

You can play this game as long as you have a router. Your game and your devices would still work if they were connected to the same local network, even if the router itself is not connected to the internet.

Any plans for post launch content?
Expansions, heroes, game modes etc.?

We're very much focused on today's launch, so there is nothing more to share RE more content. We're noting the requests we've seen for more content - let's see how things go!

Hello, it says it requires the mobile app to play the game.
So when someday the app will be gone for some reason, the game will be unplayable.

Please, could you make it not mandatory to have an app to play the game?
Thank you in advance for considering it.

It is not ideal, but you can download the DRM free Android APK and play without internet access (not right know but seems it is due to a bug):
