Difference between steam and mobile version?

I am wondering what the is the main difference between the 2 versions, it seens the mobile version has more stuff and more missions, is that right?

I've only played a few levels of the Wii U version. All I can tell thus far is the mobile versions are free-to-play, with ads, and have the usual "pay real $$ or in-game currency" to speed things up. I read you can pay $5 for some "VIP bundle" to get rid of ads, and get gems + gold as a way to "pay for the game". Also, not a lot of emphasis on head shots, as it's harder to do with mobile touch controls.
