Cant Start the Game

I load it up, the game runs fine but once it goes to the main menu it cant do anything but change the language.

"Z" and Enter will swap languages but nothing else works. Then when I verify game integrity it says 1 file isnt verified, it reacquires it but it still wont load.

I have tried admin and compatibility mode.

Same here, only started since the latest patch that added languages. Anyone know whats up?

yeah same, i was working on getting all the achievements. now I cant play :(.

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling it via steam?

Deleted and reinstalled many times. The "cursor" jumps to the languages and you cant do anything other than change the menu language.

Any fixes yet? Or is this issue gonna just be ignored?

We haven't seen this bug reported before, but if you send the log to [e-mail] hopefully we can catch the bug!

You can find the log in your Steam install folder, \steamapps\common\Ittle Dew\dew_Data\output_log.txt

what a dissapointment just payed 13 dollars for this game and i cant even play it............... oh my goodness....... @_@

In my game the text dont appear in many times just a couple of indications,when characthers speak dont have any text.My game is in spanish

I found out the problem. I have a Nostromo game pad and windows considers it a game controller, not a keyboard. Once I unplugged it the game lets me start.

Yep... I have a Razer Tartarus keypad and it did the same thing. If you unplug it that seems to fix the issue. Pretty strange bug

I have the same problem. I assumed it was my n52te so I unplugged that but I still have the same issue. I also tried restarting me computer with in unplugged and I'm still getting the same problem. Anyone have any ideas?
