It's a variation on the Elementary (fire and ice) run. You get the Ice Wand first, then the Fire Sword. The money for the Fire Sword should come from the top left quadrant of the first floor.

You're welcome, but I should mention that I got curious and wanted to see if anybody had beaten the old Youtube record, and apparently somebody has found an even faster route: you can get the Portal Wand first, and the Ice Wand second. The money for the Ice Wand comes from a question mark-shaped route that takes you across both floors of the castle. I wasn't aware of this one, but you can see it here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9r8dDJBoV2Q

So it seems there are at least two routes! The new one is more complex but also faster, though both should work for an under-15 run.

If anybody is still looking for a way to get the "Just Dew It" achievement, I made a video demonstrating how to get it with the Fire Sword and Portal Wand. I made a lot of mistakes resulting in a relatively poor time, but I still managed to get the achievement rather easily.

And current wr is now down to the 10's. :)
Though the speedrun community for this game isn't very well organized, have you a way to tell apart legit times to non-legit times for Fire/Ice? I'd love to know the current wr for this category but I don't manage to find it.

Wr for Ice/Portal (afaik, current any%) being 10:36.

Too bad I haven't played the game for a while...

Ice and Portal is the easiest (allows for bigger margin for error/mistakes) but my time for it is comparatively not that good.

Fire and Portal I think I figured out how to do it best but gaining entrance to the boss room IIRC is the hardest part to do quickly (could end run).

I personally hate Fire and Ice run. I never bothered to improve time.

Most players should attempt the achievement on Ice and Portal item run. The video previously posted will help.

Personaly this is one of the achives which i hate most of all... i followed now several runs but strangely i always end up that i have around 3 mins left to reach the last boss cause i need barely 6 - 7 mins for the dungeons cause of the one or another mistake which costs me always 10 - 15 seconds and sums then in the final calculation.

To be honest i think i will give up the attempts to get the achive cause of the to low seted time for the one or another "Clumsy" player which makes the same mistakes or diffrent ones cause of the time pressure... 20 mins for the achive would have been barely enough to reach it in time...

Well anyway time to get my 2 weapons achives and the keep it Jenny achive and let the just dew it achive stand where it is... in the list of unreached achives lol
