Game won't start on Steam.

If anyone had the same problem and found a solution, I'd be grateful. Game won't start on Steam, I have to start it from the folder itself. Problem is, Steam won't count my playing time that way, as I have actually finished the game, and it shows only 1 minute played, so I unfortunately can't get any trading cards from the game.

Also, game deleted my save game, it's like I dreamt playing the game lol.

Edit: Actually found a solution,
"Run the Game as Administrator and in Compatibility Mode" fixed it for me.
